“Sister Wives” star Christine Brown admitted that she was not confident enough about going public following her split from husband Kody Brown in a Cameo video.

“I was so nervous about going public with leaving, and thank you for supporting me and my journey,” She said in the video. “It really, really means a lot to me and the timing of this is incredible.”

While Christine was tearing up while recording herself, she fought back her tears and said, “I didn’t count on amazing people like you when I started down this path.”

A Reddit user shared the video:

I joined in supporting Christine through cameo. LOVE HER!! from TLCsisterwives

“She’s so beautiful omg i’m literally— i’m so happy for her. Her grace makes it so obvious in contrast that Kody is such a f–king miserable warthog and im so happy to see her away from him and living her life,” a Reddit user wrote. “I hope she finds the truest love of her lifetime. She has such a heart of gold and she deserves some good karma.”

In November, they ended the relationship and surprised fans.

“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” she said in a statement. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family.”

Kody also addressed the split and said, “We enjoyed many years together and I have a large amount of respect and admiration for her. Although we are moving forward on different paths, we will always remain committed parents.”

  1. I don’t understand how such nice, intelligent (not too sure about Robyn) women would want to live that life! I understand it’s there religion, which I don’t agree with, but it’s great for the man because he can choose who he will sleep with each night and pretend it’s his religion he is following! BS to me!

  2. Christine I have loved you from the beginning you are a strong beautiful woman. What you have done is giving you your own life back your own identity the strength for you and your children to live happily ever after because that is what is supposed to happen regardless I am so proud of you, you absolutely proved that it’s imparable that we move on from things that don’t bring us up. Love you good luck on your beautiful Journey babe!

  3. You are a wonderful person and I know how hard it is to get away from an abusive husband. Your courage and strength is going to help a lot of people in the same situation. No one should be just a number or live in a loveless marriage. Stay strong. We’ve got your back

  4. You know now that you are loved and respected. You have so many people behind you and don’t ever let someone treat you like he has you and your children. Good luck and lots of hugs.

  5. Christine you are a good women , mother, and friend, you are stronger than you think. Kody treats you like property he may need or not, find you a man that loves you for who you are, and you dont have to have man, . Do what make you happy for a change. put Christine’s needs and wants first give yourself time to be the wonderful person you are

She is such a brave woman. I am so proud of her. She deserves better just like Janelle and Mary.

  7. I’m so happy for you for finding the strength to finally think of YOU. It took alot of soul searching I’m sure but you need happiness and love. Life’s to short girl. You deserve a man who will appreciate you and your thoughts and feelings. Kody is all about what makes Kody happy. Keep on this path do happiness. YOU GO GIRL!
