Before we delve further into the details, I would like to confess that I am a huge admirer of the interior decorations of all social outlets that I have visited so far.
After making many visits to Fun Republic Social, I decided to hit the Vikroli Social for a change.
Parking: Much to my chagrin, it took me about 10 minutes to find the outlet after reaching Vikhroli. For those unaware, the Vikhroli Social is located inside the Godrej Industrial area.
Convenient: After parking your vehicle, you’d need to walk for about four minutes more. This isn’t something that I’d say is convenient, particularly for someone like me who drove for over an hour to reach there. This isn’t the case with other Social outlets I have visited in the past.
Design: The awe-inspiring design of the two-story Vikhroli Social will instantly grab your attention — here’s a brief glimpse of it. Much to my delight, the place wasn’t crammed with people at 3:30 pm when I reached.
The building is primarily made using transparent glass material, giving Vikhroli Social quite an elegant appearance. When the lights get dimmer in the evening, the ambiance appears even classier.
Crowd: The Vikhroli Social is more of a hangout place for office goers — as you can see most of them are dressed formally for office — but that’s hardly surprising given that it is located inside the Godrej Compound. People start coming in around 6 pm.
Staff: The crew at Vikhroli Social is attentive and helpful. Manish, who served me and my friend had decent communication skills.
Value for Money: All social outlets have the same price menu, and this one set us back Rs. 700. We ordered Two dishes and two coffees.
Review: I’d give Vikhroli Social 3.5 stars out of 5. The primary reason for it not scoring a 5 on 5 is its hard-to-find location, which is literally inserted between commercial buildings.
