On Thursday, a male driver crashed through a fence at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) just before Prince Harry departed for London.

The driver had police on a short chase around 6 p.m. across two runways on the south side of the airport. He was finally arrested at a private terminal for charter jets, according to CBSLA.

Thankfully, nobody was injured during the chase. However, flights on the two runways were briefly delayed, the reports said. It is still unclear why the man decided to abruptly enter the airport.

The incident took place around the time Prince Harry arrived at LAX to take a flight to London, per the Daily Mail.

Nearly 45 minutes after the chase ended, Harry left for the trip to the UK for a July 1 statue unveiling of their late mother, Princess Diana. He will be accompanied by his brother Prince William.

The Duke of Sussex will have to quarantine for five days in the UK before he can join his brother at the event honoring their mother. Prince Charles will be at his Scottish estate during the event, and reportedly won’t be meeting Harry.
