Netflix took to Twitter on Friday to share a new photo from the sets of “Money Heist” Season 5, which is originally filmed in the Spanish language titled “La casa de Papel.”
“What started as a heist, ended as a family,” Netflix tweeted. “It’s a wrap on Part 5 of La Casa de Papel / Money Heist. Thank you to all the fans for being part of La Resistencia! We can’t wait to show you how this story ends.”

“Money Heist” is Netflix’s most successful Spanish series to date, and was its top non-English-language foray until the French series “Lupin” debuted in December.
“We’ve spent almost a year thinking about how to break up the band,” said creator and showrunner Alex Pina at the time. “How to put the Professor on the ropes. How to get into situations that are irreversible for many characters. The result is the fifth part of ‘La Casa de Papel.’ The war reaches its most extreme and savage levels, but it is also the most epic and exciting season.”
Several fans reacted to the photo on Twitter and shared their reaction in the comments.
A viewer wrote, “You ruined it netflix… U ruined it… After s2 there was no point of exaggerating the story but you guys wanted money u wanted commercialisation… And now just puttinf cliché words like happy ending, familg and all that…. U once again proved u just want money frm audience.”
Another fan shared a video of their favorite character from the show and tweeted:

One of the users noted the delay and commented, “Already a year without a single episode released. Come on guys, when is this being released? We are tired of waiting :(”
Netflix revealed the show would come to an end with season 5 last summer. For more updates, keep watching this space.
