Meghan Markle has divulged details about the product she uses for her polished look, and it includes a specific scent by Jo Malone.

The Duchess of Sussex admitted that perfume is her “favorite thing” in a recently resurfaced interview, wherein she reveals her beauty tips. During the interview, the former Suits star even admitted that she finds fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow beautiful, according to Express.co.uk.

“Fragrance is my favorite thing – so much so that if I leave the house and I don’t put any on, I’ll turn around and go back home,” she said. “I alternate between a few scents. I love Oribe Côte d’Azur Eau de Parfum and both the Wild Bluebell and Wood Sage & Sea Salt Colognes by Jo Malone.”

Moreover, she said it is important to keep healthy habits like hydration. “The first is to drink a lot of water – it changes how you look,” she said. “But I often forget to do it because I prefer wine!”

“The second is to smile because everyone looks prettier when they’re smiling,” Meghan said. An ideal pamper day for Meghan includes enjoying food and drinking and taking a much-needed break from work.

“I hate massages,” she said while noting that she loves yoga, which dates back to her childhood. “I lay there and I do a laundry list in my head or think about all the things I need to get done.”

“So my version of pampering is going on holiday, treating myself to a beautiful dinner and bottle of wine. Or my biggest indulgence is giving myself a lazy day in bed doing nothing.” The Duchess added, “My mum is a yoga instructor, so I started when I was seven.”

“Now I work out with a trainer and I love to run. When I’m traveling, I’ll work out in my hotel room, too,” she noted. Meghan used to share lifestyle and beauty tips in her blog called The Tig. She deleted the blog, as well as her Instagram account after joining the Royal Family.
