Jay Moir, 20, is a wheelchair user who proved that there are no barriers to reach your goals. Moir is based in Aberdeen, Scotland has cerebral palsy and as a teenager, he coped with a health condition and mental health.

He found his love in fitness that helped him overcome his symptoms. The young man told in an interview, what he loves about fitness and training is how good it makes him feel. He added that during his work out session, he completely finds himself in a different zone that helps him to forget about all his worries, stress, and life crises in general.

He further adds that whenever he is in the gym, he feels full of energy, very strong, and most importantly that’s his happy place. Moir said that many people underestimate the power of a gym session and how it can bring positivity in their life.

The young man made it clear that just weight lifting isn’t the thing he is focused on instead, he suggested that spending 20-min on a rowing machine is more than enough for endorphins. He acknowledged the fact that workout is great for not only physical but also mental health.

The young qualified fitness instructor also praised the modern gym that ensures the facilities are inclusive to use. He also started his own blog where he shares his fitness journey and wants to build his own online followers.

Moir cleared that he doesn’t intend to just inspire people through his blog but also because he is extremely passionate about fitness. He workout five days on resistance and strength while on weekend he chooses to do adaptive CrossFit.

He admitted that burning acid sensations might take over and makes you tired but later it will feel amazing that can’t be shared in words.
