Details about 1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton’s new Kentucky duplex have surfaced online. She recently moved out of Tammy’s duplex.

1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton is prepping for the imminent arrival of her baby number two. As part of this preparation, she moved out of the Kentucky Duplex which she shares with her Tammy Slaton.

To recall, season 3 of the show saw Amy and Tammy moving in together. Amy served Tammy’s caregiver and remained together despite the occasional disagreements.

Amy stuck to her diet and exercise to lose enough weight to qualify for her bariatric surgery, Tammy struggled in terms of shedding weight.

After a notable weight loss, Amy felt she was ready for the baby. Last year, she welcomed her son Gage and wanted to have another child.

Not too long ago, Amy revealed that she and Michael are expecting baby number two. As a result, she was more bent on having her own space.

Amy Gets A New Kentucky Home

After moving out of Tammy’s duplex, Amy purchased a new home for her family in Morganfield. According to a report by In Touch, the 34-year-old reality star shelled out $37,000 for her new home.

The 1,584-square-foot property with one story went up for sale in July 2021.

Shedding light on how her family found the home, Amy said, We were driving around one day and we saw the sign and we’re like, ‘There’s our sign, we need to move.” Amy also explained that her son had been sleeping in the kitchen, and she wanted him to have his room.”

Moreover, she wanted a comfortable environment for Gage. “I knew we were going to have another kid, so I made sure we had enough room for both of them,” Amy said.

Since Tammy is currently at a weight-loss rehab facility, no one is staying at the four-bedroom, two-bathroom property.

Meanwhile, Tammy is paying for the Kentucky Duplex while focusing on her health. The reality TV star recently took to social media to share photos of her celebrating improvements in her weight loss journey

In only 30 days, Tammy lost 115 pounds while staying at the Ohio-based rehab center. Her brother, Chris says, “I’m overjoyed that she’s ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks.”
