A new initiative is announced in India by Samsung Galaxy called “Experience Samsung at Home”. This new service takes a step ahead to give you a better experience in purchasing devices and exploring Samsung.
According to today’s situation, most of us are quarantined or prefer staying home and choosing online shopping. Samsung took efforts to understand our needs and brought us the Samsung experience at home. This service is one of the most customer-centric services, where you can explore devices of Samsung at your home, such as Galaxy Smartphones, Wearables, and Tablets.
You need to simply invite them to your home by creating a demo booking online of Samsung devices. We can also buy a Samsung device from its website and get the device delivered from the nearest outlet. The new service of Experience Samsung at Home is now available across nine-hundred exclusive outlets and in the coming months, the program will be expanded.
The new service allows you to look, feel and explore the Samsung device range right at your home and it only takes a simple home demo appointment via the Experience Samsung at the home portal, just provide your necessary details. You also need to select a nearby Samsung Exclusive Store. The demo is booked in real-time, so the store selected will call the customer within twenty-four hours confirming the appointment.
Next, a Samsung Consultant will be visiting you as per the appointment to provide you with a demo. Samsung made sure by mentioning that all their SECs are well trained to follow all the safety guidelines. They also said during any delivery Samsung will ensure safety guidelines and make all transactions only vai digital channel after the demo. Customers would also be given a feedback link via SMS so they can share their experience and help Samsung to improve their wonderful service.
“We have taken a number of measures to ensure consumer safety as social distancing is important to fight this pandemic. ‘Experience Samsung at Home’ is yet another initiative to create new shopper journeys as it will aid physical distancing by leveraging our deep retail presence in India. The launch of ‘Experience Samsung at Home’ service will enable consumers to explore and purchase our products online, whilst getting the deliveries offline from their neighborhood Samsung Exclusive Store. Our new initiatives are also helping our offline retailers and have resulted in a sharp recovery in our smartphone business post lockdown,” Mohandeep Singh said, Samsung India’s Senior Vice President.
