Princess Eugenie will be the first royal family member to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter Lilibet Diana.

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle will be visiting the UK along with their son, Archie, and daughter, Lilibet. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly urged the Queen to allow them to have baby Lilibet’s christening at Windsor Castle. The family is expected to travel to the United Kingdom for holding the ceremony.

Harry, Meghan, and their two children are likely to stay at Frogmore when they come to the UK. Princess Eugenie currently resides at Frogmore, according to a report from OK! (via GeoNews).

Eugenie previously lived in Ivy Cottage on the grounds of Kensington Palace in London with her husband Jack Brooksbank. However, they left the home when she got pregnant with her first child. The duo welcomed their son August in February while living in Frogmore.

Harry and Meghan announced that the house in Windsor will remain their primary residence in the UK. However, they later allowed Eugenie to live there.

To recall, Prince Harry also stayed there during his short visits in April for his grandfather Prince Philip’s funeral, and in July for the unveiling of his mother Princess Diana’s statue. This further suggests that the couple with there during their potential visit.

It is no secret that Harry and Eugenie share a close bond. They have been friends since they were kids. According to an insider, Harry and Eugenie had the “most natural connections” and are the “closest of friends” among all of the Queen’s grandchildren.

“Like Harry, Eugenie also struggled to carve out her own identity growing up,” Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand pointed out in Sussex biography Finding Freedom. “Harry had always confided in his cousin when it came to the women in his life.”
