Andhra Pori movie which is made by Ramesh Prasad under Prasad Productions is completed on 1st March 2015. Akash Puri (son of Puri Jagannadh) and Ulka Gupta will be seen in lead roles. Andhra Pori is important for not only Akash Puri Jagannadh who is making his debut from this movie but also for Prasad productions; in a press conference producer Ramesh Prasad said, “Today is an important day in Prasad Productions journey. Andhra Pori is the 30th movie of our banner. This is a remake of a Marathi movie Time pass. We are planning for the release of first look poster of this movie in this month. In the last week of April audio will be released.  Duly completing all the works this movie will be released in the second week of May. Director Raj Mudiraj director Rushi movie in our banner. Now with a good script he made this movie. In this movie son of Puri Jagannath Aakash Puri and Ulka Gupta played the lead roles. This movie was a big hit in Marathi and we are making this movie with good commitment. Director made this movie with in the stipulated budget and time. This movie will impress one and all.”

Director Raj Mudiraj says, “I was born and brought up here hence the people over here encouraged us. If to tell about the movie, Prasad Productions has 55 years of history. L V Prasad started this banner and his son Ramesh Prasad is taking forward this banner. After 25 years gap they made the movie Rushi. After that they are now making Andhra Pori movie. This is a beautiful love story. At the same time it is a family entertainer. We have shot this movie in 32 days continually and completed the shooting in a single schedule. Soon we are going to start the post production works. J has given beautiful music to this movie. Ramesh Prasad gave me another chance to direct this movie. I know the value of this project. That is why my thanks to him. Another person I should thank is Puri Jagannadh. Though he himself is a director he has handed over Aakash to us with the trust on this story. Aakash is only 17 years old. When it is said Aaksh Puri we thought he will come with a powerful body language but when he came we found him as an obedient and he known all the limitations. When he came in front of the camera he acted very well. We have identified Ulka Gupta after seeing so many girls as we thought she is the right fit for this character. She acted very well. Dr. J has given 5 good songs for this movie. Every song is good. Praveen Vanamali is too good with his photography.”

Praveen Vanamali says, “We have shot this movie in the surrounding areas of Badrachalam. These locations became plus to the story. I am thankful to Ramesh Prasad and Raj Mudiraj for giving me this chance. Prasad Productions is a good banner and has the good quality of production values. Aakash is a super star.
