You can’t really blame Nicole Nafziger for being tired of facing criticism online about her relationship with fiance, Azan Tefou.
TLC fans have been blasting Nicole Nafziger for being in a relationship with Azan Tefou, whose real name is Hassan M’Raouni. The 90 Day Fiance star couldn’t take the hatred anymore and decided to clap back at a TLC fan who took to the comments section to make a hateful comment about her relationship on Aug. 25.
Nafziger spent Aug. 24, responding and denying theories about her fiance being already married. In the comments section, an Instagram user predicted that the relationship with Azan will not progress, pointing at what Islam considers her Zina relationship as haram, and went as far as calling her fiance is a disgrace.
Just to let you know how Moroccans/Muslims think. The Moroccan culture thinks so badly of women like you. If it isn’t halal, it won’t last,” the Instagram user wrote. The word “Zina” alludes to a relationship that involves having premarital or extramarital sex and calling it “haram” means it is forbidden under Islamic law.
Last year, the 26-year-old Christian clarified that neither of them planned to convert. She clapped, “Don’t judge me … as you would not like to be judged.”
The Happily Ever After alum used to travel to Morocco to meet her fiance before the coronavirus pandemic restricted travel in or out of the country. She has been very active on social media, using the platform to usually share updates about her and her family’s health but she doesn’t shy away from defending herself and her relationship.
She even sparked rumors about her and Azan’s plan to take the next step in starting a family together. Earlier this month, Nicole shared a post on Instagram, revealing that her sister gave birth to her firstborn baby Adrianna and accompanied the message with heart-eyes emojis.
“I am so in love with this little baby! Just gives me so many memories of May when she was just born,” she wrote, adding that her niece was giving her “#babyfever.” In April, a source told In Touch that Nicole and Azan do not have plans to tie the knot at the moment, but they have discussed marriage and kids.
