“90 Day Fiance” star Natalie Mordovtseva took to Instagram on Saturday and shared a photo of herself donning a brownish gown.

“The Roads We Choose,” she captioned. “An indicator of whole, confident people is found in that they will not attack anyone, not gossip, but choose to direct their energy into a creative channel.”

She went on to share her life’s philosophy, “They lend a helping hand and support; their energy is strong and they are hardy because they point their energy to the best result.

“Here is my philosophy and practice for happy Life,” she added.

“I love myself, and will choose best for myself first of all. With life’s choices, every time I ask myself, “does it make me happy?” I am not attached to anything, and do not owe anyone,” she wrote. “My thoughts, feelings and body act in one accord: I never force my will and I am honest with myself first of all.”

“I clearly know what I want, to everything else that does not serve the best and highest good – I just say “no.” I do not prove or persuade,” she added. “If I don’t like something, I avoid it, or I leave. I do not expend energy to try and figure out where and why people choose evil. I clearly know that it has nothing to do with me. I am determined to create and help.”

“I am merciful and serve the force of that I am, that light within all things, according to the measure of my growth,” she concluded. “And this is my conscious choice, the choice I make every day. This choice gives me confidence in myself, in the world, and willpower.”
